This cocktail is based on the concept of PERRIER sublimation. The aromas extracted by PERRIER bubbles make this mixture extremely aromatic and subtle.
- - 1 organic tomato
- - 1 organic red pepper
- - 1 organic long shallot
- - 1 tall wine glass
- - 1 chilled PERRIER
- - 1 organic rosemary branch
Place slices of tomato, red pepper and shallot in the tall wine glass, then pour in the chilled PERRIER.
Finish the sublimation by adding the fresh rosemary. The effervescence of PERRIER will extract all the aromas of the fresh ingredients, creating a wonderful drink to whet the appetite.
