In the mixer tin,pour to dessert spoon of strawberry sorbet

Pour 2 cl (1oz) of vanilla syrup MONIN

Then pour 15 cl (6oz) of cold PERRIER

Mix well until a foamy texture is obtained-garnish with strawberry petales place on an green apple triangle.
