A unique source in the South of France​

PERRIER^® natural mineral water is born at the company's Vergèze site, located in the Gard department, a unique terroir and environment.​

PERRIER^® natural mineral water comes from a variety of subsoil limestone rocks located in the Garrigues massif and extending beneath the Vistrenque plain. Rainwater infiltrates the Garrigues and gradually mineralizes on its way through these rocks, thus giving birth to PERRIER^® natural mineral water.​

The PERRIER^® impluvium: an exceptional terroir​

The PERRIER^® impluvium includes natural and agricultural areas typical of Southern France, including garrigue shrublands, forests and vineyards.​

Since 2020, more than 10,000 trees and shrubs have been planted around the PERRIER^® source to support local biodiversity. Trees and shrubs provide habitats for local wildlife and can also support natural water infiltration into the soil.​

How is PERRIER^® natural mineral water formed?​

PERRIER^® natural mineral water originates from rainwater that gradually filters through underground rock layers over time. This natural process shapes the water's distinctive mineral composition before it emerges at the source.​
