The Vergèze site is located in the Gard, a unique geological and ecological area or “terroir” in the south of France, surrounded by a low garrigue scrubland, villages and farmland.

Preservation and restoration of biodiversity
Everything in nature is interlinked; if we want to preserve the natural mineral water found in underground aquifers, it is essential to protect the biodiversity of the surrounding basin. For this reason, we have already planted 10,000 trees and hedges since 2020.
Water protection
Ensuring the natural renewal of water and its availability for future generations is essential. This is why we are committed, through several projects, to retaining more water in nature than PERRIER® will use in its activities.
