Matcha Pink Grapefruit Mocktail
Soothing matcha tea combined with Perrier® Pink Grapefruit Flavored Carbonated Mineral Water create a mocktail to shake up any night of the week.
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 3 - 4 oz Perrier® Pink Grapefruit Flavored Carbonated Mineral Water
- ¼ tsp. Matcha
- 30 grams water at 130℉
- GARNISH: Edible Flowers
- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Matcha bowl, tea sifter, and whisk (can be substituted for a bowl and whisk, or matcha and water can be frothed by shaking together in a protein shaker)
Prepare matcha first, by sifting ¼ teaspoon of the powdered tea into a shallow bowl. Add water to the matcha and whisk rapidly until frothy. Set matcha aside. Measure simple syrup into a tumbler. Top with 3 to 4 ounces of Perrier® Pink Grapefruit Flavored Carbonated Mineral Water (doing this step without ice will allow the ingredients to meld smoothly, while retaining the gorgeous effervescence of the Perrier® Pink Grapefruit).
Add ice until the glass is full and gently layer the matcha over the top. Garnish with edible flowers.
