Café Century cocktail

- 1½ oz. Gin (21+)
- ½ oz. Blanc Aperitif wine (21+)
- ½ oz. Fresh Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Crème de Cacao (21+)
- 2 oz. Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water
- Egg white
- Edible gold
Add Gin, aperitif wine, lemon and egg white to a mixing glass and shake without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice to mixing glass and shake until well chilled. Strain contents over fresh ice into a cocktail glass and top with Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water.
Drizzle crème de cacao and edible gold mix over the top of the drink, and zest with a lemon peel.
