Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Gin (21+)
  • ½ oz. Blanc Aperitif wine (21+)
  • ½ oz. Fresh Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Crème de Cacao (21+)
  • 2 oz. Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water
  • Egg white
  • Edible gold

Step 1

Add Gin, aperitif wine, lemon and egg white to a mixing glass and shake without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice to mixing glass and shake until well chilled. Strain contents over fresh ice into a cocktail glass and top with Perrier® Original Carbonated Mineral Water.

Drizzle crème de cacao and edible gold mix over the top of the drink, and zest with a lemon peel.
