In a shaker filled 3/4 with ice cubes, add the fresh raspberries, lemon juice, ST GERMAIN liqueur and HENNESSY FINE DE COGNAC. Shake well, then add in 1 oz (3 cl) of chilled PERRIER. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass.
Spray 3 spritzes of CHANEL N°5 onto dry ice in a small carafe. Add hot water.
Place the plastic straw in the edible soap to create CHANEL N°5 bubbles on top the cocktail. It is important to use edible soap when making this cocktail.
