Perrier centre court at Roland Garros

In 1978, the Perrier name appeared on drink coolers and the banners above the players' court entrance.

In 1988, it was the umpire's chair, followed six years later by the player benches.

Since 1996, Perrier has been a co-signer, with the tournament, of the official tournament hats, distributing the famous "Perrier " bobs during the finals.

In 2000, Perrier served its sparkling water to players under large courtside umbrellas.

Beyond this court presence, Perrier is also highly visible in Roland Garros aisles and corridors. Indeed, since 1978, bars and refreshment stands have been festooned with Perrier colours. In 1997, accredited tournament photographers discovered the "Perrier moment ", a contest that rewarded the wildest photograph of players on the bench. The following year, the brand targeted sports reporters with a contest to reward the best winners' circle prediction.

In 2000, the brand epitomized its role of refreshment dispenser - much to the amusement of spectators sweltering in the May heat - by setting up misting stations in the aisles.

If the brand's association with the stadium has grown steadily over the years, its association with the event has evolved too. A special edition of the little glass bottle - first produced and used for tournament public relations in 1992 - attracted a lot of attention, and since 1994, the whole Perrier line has sported Roland Garros and tennis colours in May and June. Perrier looks forward with great pleasure to welcoming you once again to the Porte d'Auteuil complex for a sparkling, effervescent fortnight!
